Your social worker at Dove Healthcare will:

Assist you and your family with the admission process and discharge planning

Help you with any adjustment issues you may experience during your time with us

Monitor and address your social and emotional needs and make referrals as needed

Participate in your on-going care planning

Be available to you and your family as a supportive resource and guide

Learn more about becoming an active participant in your care after a hospital stay.

Receive support from our expert social services team.

We retain a highly qualified and experienced social services team. They complete on-going educational training and stay abreast on the community options and resources available to you.

Kris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1987 where she received her bachelor's degree in social work. She has practiced in long-term care for over 20 years.

Laurie Rabl-Diemert

Laurie Rabl-Diemert, MSW APSW
Social Worker
At Dove Healthcare Since 2008

Laurie graduated from the University of WI-Milwaukee in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She went on to receive a master’s degree in social work from the University of MN-Twin Cities in 1992. Laurie has worked with families, adults with disabilities, and long term care for over 18 years.

Megan Annis

Megan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in social work. She has worked in long-term care since 2006.
